How do I delete my account and data?

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the ParentHive app
  2. Go to Profile → My Details
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ParentHive → Cancel

Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ParentHive → Cancel

You'll continue to have access until your current billing period ends.

How do I report inappropriate content or users?

Tap the three dots (⋯) on any post or profile → "Report". Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Why can't I see other parents in my area?

Check that location services are enabled: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → ParentHive → "While Using App"

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are processed through the respective app stores according to their standard policies:

iOS (App Store): Contact Apple Support within 90 days of purchase. Apple handles all iOS subscription refunds directly.

Android (Google Play): Request refund within 48 hours via Google Play Store for immediate processing.

Exceptional Circumstances: For technical issues or billing errors beyond store policies, contact our support team with your receipt and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Note: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
